Why is my downloaded video 0 kb big?

You have produced a map video, but the downloaded file is empty? This can have a few reasons - let's find out what you can do to fix it.

1. Generally, it's recommended that you use the latest browser version. Make sure you have no due browser updates pending.
2. Do you have multiple monitors? If you create a map on one screen, also make sure that the map is downloaded from that screen, and do not move the download window, while the download is active.
3. Check your browser zoom. It's recommended to work with 100% browser zoom.
