Add – Areas

Here you have the option to add single areas or area sets. Single areas could for example refer to a single city or country, whereas Area sets could refer to a group of districts, countries or cities. 

In the result list, you can only see what falls within the bounding box. However, you can still find any area using the search bar.

Alternatively, you can click on a desired location on the map, and the result list will update to show areas available at that point.

After adding your area(s), you can open the ‘’Styling’’ menu by clicking on the area. Here, you can change the transparency, color, stroke and add a pattern.

When you change the styling of an area set, you are always editing the whole group, unless you double click on a specific part of the area to make changes to this part only.
